No concierge can guarantee specific reservations, and we believe it’s important to be transparent. We leverage our relationships and experience to secure the best possible options, but all bookings are ultimately subject to each restaurant’s availability and policies. When a first-choice option is not available, we’ll present thoughtful alternatives that match your brief.
Accepted members receive access to a dedicated, private channel for requests—typically via text and email. You can share as much or as little context as you’d like; your concierge will ask clarifying questions and then move your request from idea to confirmed experience.
Our focus is on dining and related hospitality experiences. We routinely coordinate timing and details with hotels and drivers, and can collaborate with your existing travel team or family office. For complex travel arrangements, we happily work alongside your preferred travel advisor.
Memberships are structured as annual commitments to preserve continuity and access for both members and partners. In select cases, we may consider shorter trial terms for corporate arrangements—these are evaluated individually.
No. While Par Ici is based in Dallas, we serve members across the U.S. and internationally. Many of our members split time between multiple cities and rely on us precisely because their calendars cross time zones.
